Four species of tropical sharks, Manta Rays, a giant marine turtle and even a huge glass tank with more than 400,000 litres of water inside are waiting for you in one of the largest and most popular aquariums in all Germany.

The Munich Sea Life Centre is one of the largest aquariums in Germany. The tank, holding more than 400,000 litres (1.05 million gallons) of water, allows visitors to dive into the marine depths, a place full of colourful fish and even spectacular tropical sharks.

One of the main attractions is the giant marine turtle (the only one of its kind in Bavaria) and the zebra shark, one of the most beautiful fish in the Indian Ocean.

The Sea Life Munich aquarium has various different attractions and expositions sure to delight its visitors, from adults to the smallest of children. Among the most interesting attractions are the glass tunnel, an impressive corridor which crosses the tank, where you can experience up close the huge sharks, majestic seahorses and spectacular manta rays.
